Earn Your Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT)
Pursue an advanced occupational therapy education and prepare to make an impact. At the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, you’ll learn how to design customized treatments and adaptive equipment that will empower your clients to lead more fulfilling lives.
Our Residential MOT typically takes two* years to complete, which is two fewer trimesters than the Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) program. Choose this path to launch your career and start making a difference sooner. The Flex MOT allows you to earn your degree on an expanded schedule, typically over three* years. It’s designed for students who work, have family obligations, or live far from campus.

How Our MOT Program Stands Apart
We’re
blended.
We pair online lectures with in-person practice. You’ll learn the material in advance online. Then, you’ll come to campus ready to engage in clinical scenarios in our state-of-the-art simulation labs, featuring actual medical equipment and environments.
During your very first trimester, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with your peers in other rehabilitative science disciplines, learning each other’s roles and responsibilities.
We’re interprofessional.
We respect our students as future colleagues and healthcare practitioners. We build critical thinkers who are committed to cultural responsiveness and have high ethical standards – along with compassion, empathy, and grit.
We’re a tight-knit community.
