Earn your Master of Health Sciences – Athletic Training specialization with USAHS.

Get an edge, add to your credentials, and excel in your career as an athletic trainer. 

As a Master of Health Sciences – Athletic Training (MHS-AT) student at USAHS, you will study the business of athletic training, update your skills in evidence-based athletic injury prevention and concussion management, learn strategies for treating athletes with disabilities, and much more. As the AT field moves toward the master’s, earning your MHS-AT is an excellent way to stay ahead of the game. 

Students who complete the Athletic Training specialization are eligible to receive the ImPACT® Trained Athletic Trainer (ITAT) certificate.

The MHS-AT is primarily an online program. It also features one required on-campus immersion weekend that is part of the Emergency Athletic Training course. There, you’ll get a hands-on approach to learning advanced skills for emergency management of athletic injury.
