Do you dream of becoming a physical therapist—but wonder how you’ll fit graduate school into your already busy life? USAHS’ Flex option may be the answer. Our Flex Doctor of Physical Therapy (Flex DPT) is the same program as our Residential DPT—but it follows a different schedule.
FLEX OVERVIEW
With our Flex format, you will access online classes during the week and attend face-to-face lab sessions on campus during select weekends each term. Online learning gives you the opportunity to go back and review material as needed, and engage virtually with your professors and fellow students, without making the trek to campus for lectures.
CLINICAL EXPERIENCES
As you near completion of your program, you’ll gain hands-on practice through a series of clinical experiences. Through immersive lab sessions, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a simulated clinical setting. You’ll also complete three trimesters of real-world clinical experiences, preparing you for the rigors and rewards of PT practice.*

Clinical placements are determined by USAHS based on the student’s academic needs and to provide the best educational experience. Students should plan on the need to travel and/or relocate for clinical experiences.
